What is Meditation

1- on- 1
* "UTTISHTA"
In the personal process, we embark on a journey together, guided by a roadmap thousands of years old.
Through conversation, meditation practice, and deep self-observation, we gently peel away layers of fear, habit, and automatic thought and begin to touch the truth within.
The purpose is to learn how to live from a place of freedom and meaning.
to wake up every morning to the life you truly want.
“To wake up” in Sanskrit: Uttiṣṭha — a call not only to rise, but to awaken to stand tall and meet life with awareness and presence.

learning how to meditate
Intended for those who prefer a personal and focused meditation practice.
In a one-on-one session, I create a safe and quiet space where we delve into breathing and concentration techniques tailored precisely to your needs.
The process allows you to ask questions, share experiences, and receive real-time guidance.
During the session, we’ll learn how to calm the mind, develop awareness of the body and breath, and build a daily practice you can continue at home.
The session is suitable both for beginners seeking a stable foundation and for experienced practitioners wishing to refine and deepen their practice.
Lecture - "Meditation"
In the lecture, I share my personal story and the path that led me to the world of meditation and Jnana Yoga.
I present the philosophical foundations of the path and explain, in simple and accessible language, what meditation is according to Patanjali and why it is especially relevant in today’s fast-paced world.
Throughout the talk, we explore the mental and physical benefits of consistent practice, examine how to integrate empowering habits into daily life, and experience a short guided exercise demonstrating the power of mindful awareness.
At the end of the lecture, there will be time for questions and an open invitation to continue the exploration further.
